4、锚绞车操作Operation of anchor winch：
4.1 操作前注意事项Preparation：
4.1.1 检查各润滑点有没有注入足够的润滑油确保润滑良好。
Ensure the lubricating point of each point is normal.
4.1.2 检查锚机附近有无障碍物。
Ensure there is nothing obstacle around the windlass.
4.1.3 检查各联接螺栓是否有松动现象。
Ensure each connecting bolt is normal.
4.1.4 检查刹车装置、离合装置动作可靠。
Ensure the operation of brake unit and clutch is nimble and reliable.
4.1.5 检查电气联接是否正确，手柄是否处在正确位置。
Ensure the handle of clutch is on the right position, and the connection of electric is right.
4.2 卷筒工作Drum’s work：
4.2.1 合上卷筒离合器, 并将离合手柄固定好，松开刹车，压上钢丝绳；
Engage up the clutch, and fix well the handle, release the brake, and press the wire rope.
4.2.2 操纵主令器，启动液压马达；
Operate the master, and start hy-motor.
4.2.3 当钢丝绳受力较小时，可由较高速度地运行，当缆绳在额定负载时，工作速度不得超过额定速度
It can be operated with higher speed when the force of rope is small, and when the rope is with rated load, the working speed can’t exceed the rated speed.
4.2.4 当收放钢丝绳达到要求时，刹紧制动器，脱开离合器
Brake the detent tightly and disengage the clutch when the rendering and recovering rope satisfy the requirements.
当需要无动力放缆时，脱开离合器，用刹车控制放缆速度
Disengage the clutch and control the rendering speed by brake when rendering rope without power.
4.3 绞缆筒工作Operation of warping head：
4.3.1 脱开卷筒离合器，并用制动器刹紧卷筒，
Disengage the clutch, and brake the drum tightly with detent.
4.3.2 将缆索在绞缆筒上绕3~4 圈，一端由人力拉紧，启动液压马达工作，进行收缆，
Reel the rope on the warping head about 3~4 loops, one end is tightened by one person, start the hy-motor to recover rope.
4.3.3 在收缆结束后，手动换向阀回到中位，取下缆索。
After recovering, manually operate the change valve to make it in the middle position, put down the rope.
5、锚绞车润滑Lubrication of anchor winch ：
5.1 润滑部件：离合器、墙架轴承座、刹车螺母等。
润滑方法：用油枪将油杯注满油脂。
Parts to be lubricated: clutch, bearing house of wall support, screw of brake.
Lubricating measure: by using oil gun to fill the oil cup with grease.
5.2 润滑部件：离合器接触面、刹车螺杆、开式齿轮，
润滑方法：将许用的润滑油涂抹在表面上。
Parts to be lubricated: contact surface of clutch, brake screw and open gear.
Lubricating measure: spread the allowed lubricant over the surface.
